Hard to believe that you can create such mouth watering meals in one pan....and so quickly! The ease of cooking gives the working person the opportunity to prepare a meal that looks AND tastes like it just came home from their favorite upscale restaurant. The "icing on the cake"..... is that the recipes feature ingredients that are healthy.
I am a "dessert-aholic", and the fruit desserts are wonderful! (I don't even miss the icing!)
