(More customer reviews)If you have Linda's first book, Low Carb Meals in Minutes, with a green cover, don't buy this one. It's a re-print. Not that the recipies aren't fabulous--they are. Linda has a way of putting together a meal that is delicious, low-fat, low-carb, and it looks interesting on the plate. She offers useful tips and grocery lists with each recipe, which is a real time-saver. I cook one of these recipes each night and my husband doesn't realize how much healthier he's eating, but his clothes fit better.
