I loved this book because it was easy to understand and it wasn't just another diet book. The concept of the "Food Balance Wheel" helped me realize what kinds of foods I should be eating lots of every day (vs. what kinds I shouldn't eat so much of.) I can eat all the foods I enjoy ... just have to remember to keep the "wheel" balanced!
I would recommend this book to the reader who is looking for a new concept in balanced, healthy eating. The book is a quick read (only 50 pages), has lots of colorful illustrations and color-coded tips scattered throughout. Overall, an easy to read little book with a new concept about balanced eating.
