(More customer reviews)I loved this book because it was easy to understand and it wasn't just another diet book. The concept of the "Food Balance Wheel" helped me realize what kinds of foods I should be eating lots of every day (vs. what kinds I shouldn't eat so much of.) I can eat all the foods I enjoy ... just have to remember to keep the "wheel" balanced!
I would recommend this book to the reader who is looking for a new concept in balanced, healthy eating. The book is a quick read (only 50 pages), has lots of colorful illustrations and color-coded tips scattered throughout. Overall, an easy to read little book with a new concept about balanced eating.
