This book has 368 pages... yet only 25 or so pages of actual recipes. The rest of the book simply states the obvious over and over again. Most of us know that reduced calorie dressing will reduce our calorie intake... or choosing skim milk in coffee versus cream. That is the majority of this book's information. If you can read labels on the packaging of products you purchase you surely don't need this book. A real waste of money.
