(More customer reviews)I got this book for a friend, but got a good look at it myself before I gave it to her. Since my friend doesn't cook at all, I thought this was a perfect book for her since it is easy to follow (with the semi-made products) and every recipe has its own picture! I find cookbooks with mostly texts a big turn off, so this book is perfect with nice big photos of all the dishes. There are a mixture of dishes - Mexican, Asian, American, etc, and a small section for desserts. Most dishes seem to take less than 30 min to make so this is perfect for beginning cooks or people who don't want to spend hours cooking. I think I'll get one for myself too.
