(More customer reviews)This is the best low-fat nutritious cookbook I've ever tried. I am a registered dietitian, and I still was thrilled with Zonya's book. I liked the recipes - clear instructions, nothing tricky, no exotic foods. I especially liked the format which gives you the order of meal preparation - my husband can use it. For many less-experienced cooks, knowing when to cook the rice, start the salad, etc. and get it all done on time can be intimidating.
Now, no excuses for high calorie fast food or TV dinners. I plan to buy a copy for my daughter-in-law and sister too. I also liked the fitness tips and other information on a healthy lifestyle.
Just the thing to start your New Year's resolutions off right.
