(More customer reviews)The recipes in this book are simple with easy to follow directions. I like the book because the recipes do not require a lot of ingrediants and are quick to make. The food is pretty tasty too! There are some great tips in the back of the book also! I would recommend this book to anyone following a 40/30/30 diet.
