(More customer reviews)This cookbook is great. I have made a lot of these recipes and my family loves them! A lot of these types of cookbooks call for strange ingredients that are hard to find, or things I wouldn't eat...much less expect my kids to eat. These recipes are fast, easy, and good for you. There are also easy snacks for before and after games and practices. My family's favorites are the smoothies, banana bread, and the "Rookies Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies." She also talks about the importance of good nutrition and how it effected the U.S. National team while in China. Great Book! It is a must for parents with active kids!
