(More customer reviews)I recommend this book wholeheartedly! Not only are the finished dishes savory and attractive, but they are also low-in-fat AND elegant enough for entertaining. Add a salad, bread, and a dessert, and you have a dinner party, created with remarkably little fuss. Many of the recipes only improve in flavor when made ahead, too, and freeze well.
